FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SH 200 — Q&A

How much water do I mix with SH 200?

For grouting consistency, mix approximately 4–4.5 liters of water per 25 kg bag (16–18 % by weight). For plastering, use 3–3.5 liters (12–14 %). Mix with a drill and paddle at max 500 rpm.

Can SH 200 be poured in thick sections?

Yes. For thicknesses over 100 mm, add 10 % by weight of uniformly graded 6 mm pea gravel per bag.

How strong does SH 200 get?

Compressive strength reaches 20.7 MPa in 1 day, 45 MPa in 7 days and 62 MPa at 28 days — with a height change of only 0–0.2 mm (non-shrink).

What is the coverage of SH 200?

Grouting works consume approximately 2 kg of powder per liter of mortar; repair works consume 16 kg/m² at 10 mm thickness.

How should SH 200 be cured?

Protect and cure immediately after placement: cover with clear plastic, damp rags or burlap for 72 hours and do not let them dry out.

How is it packaged for export?

In 25 kg kraft paper bags — 64 bags (1,600 kg) per plastic-wrapped pallet, and 1,024 bags (25.6 MT) per 20-ft container. Shelf life is 6–12 months unopened, stored cool and dry away from direct sunlight.

Can the formula be customized (OEM / ODM)?

Yes. ITOS can adjust the specification to your requirements and supply the product under your own brand, including packaging. Cured samples are shipped worldwide for testing before you commit.
