ITOS set the following basic quality policy and objectives to realize continual growth and development as a blue-chip company: a quality management system per the requirements of ISO 9001 — blending, developing, producing and supplying products that give the best customer satisfaction through continual improvement.

To provide the global market with benefits through customer satisfaction by supplying high-quality products with the goal of “Zero-defects” and safe products, and to make continual improvements for environmental protection and a safe, cheerful working environment.

It is assured that all employees understand and keep in mind this quality policy and follow its rules. They must be able to cope quickly with changes in the market and the demands of customers, and continually improve the quality management system.

Environmental Policy Statement

The ITOS mission is to discover how the environment affects people in order to promote healthier lives. It is therefore a core value to preserve and protect the environment. As we advance scientific understanding of the fundamental interrelationship between human health and the environment, we proactively demonstrate our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development. Accordingly, ITOS will:

• Continually improve our environmental performance.
• Develop and maintain environmental management programs with objectives and targets to minimize adverse environmental impacts.
• Comply with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws, regulations, and other requirements.
• Implement effective pollution prevention and waste minimization programs to reduce, reuse, and recycle materials.
• Ensure that energy and water are used responsibly and conserved through innovative practices and procedures.
• Provide all staff with the knowledge and tools needed to meet the goals of this policy and actively participate in efforts to prevent negative environmental impacts.
• Measure progress toward our environmental goals.

Health and Safety Policy Statement

At ITOS, we believe that integrating safety and health into every operation of our company is of utmost importance. The health and safety of our employees is the first consideration in our operations.

The company strives to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing our operations, conducting processes in a manner that reduces or eliminates conditions that could cause injury or health issues. Employees are urged to report unsafe conditions and work with management to eliminate them wherever they exist.

ITOS has empowered all employees with the right to initiate a work stoppage: any employee may stop work they feel is unsafe until concerns are addressed and a workplace safety plan can be applied. Quality or production goals do not supersede the safety of our employees. This provides for:

• A continual commitment to improving safety at our workplace — from the top down and the bottom up.
• Employee awareness and training concerning safety procedures and issues.
• Commitment to visitors, neighbors, and our community to lessen or eliminate any safety-related issues that could impact them.

Within the scope of our Safety Program, ITOS has established a goal of injury and illness incident rates well below the industry average. We ask each employee to commit not only to their own safety but to the safety of their co-workers and community — a commitment shared by supervisors and all levels of management.
